Returns & Exchanges – Food Safety Policy
Due to food safety and security exchange regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products once they have left our premises. This includes ground coffee and coffee beans, as well as any other consumable items.
Once a food product leaves our control, we cannot guarantee its storage, handling, or safety. As a result, returned coffee products cannot be resold and would be required to be destroyed in accordance with hygiene regulations.
